About this activity

Become a paranormal investigator through the use of paranormal tools to explore one of America's most haunted cities! Paranormal Tools YOU will use during this experience: NEW! Onvoy Communication Device Infrared Lighting Camera! K-II EMF Meter Thermal Imaging Camera Spirit boxes Laser Grids Mel REM Meter And more! Each ghost hunter during the experience will have an assigned paranormal device. Your lead investigator will provide a tutorial for each device assigned prior to investigating. Limited to 10 guests for full interaction with your guide. This is not your average ghost storytelling tour, this is an interactive experience to learn the history of Charleston by being part of the story. When booking, please provide a texting phone number. All guests receive a text with meeting point and parking instructions on the morning of their investigation. This also allows guests to receive all the recorded data/evidence from their investigation (provided the following day).

    15 min - Tales of the Whistling Doctor and his opponent Ralph Isaacs in this alley known for its dueling. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

    St. Philip's Church

    10 min - Plenty of spirits are roaming the area of St. Philip's Church and Cemetery. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

    The Powder Magazine

    15 min - We dive into the ghost of the famous female pirate, Anne Bonny at the Powder Magazine. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

    15 min - Seeking the ghost of poet, Henry Timrod, with tales of the infamous "Blood Book". All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

    15 min - Investigation of a Quaker graveyard interred into this small corner of Charleston. All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

Best Paranormal Investigation By Far!

We just loved being in a small group setting and our tour guide, Nick, had us very involved and he was an excellent leader. I loved the way he handled each location. He would give us questions to ask but he would withhold some information so the information, at the conclusion of the sight investigation) would make sense and put the puzzle pieces together. After we investigated each location, he would tie in how our findings fit in with the history of the location. Also,, he gave each participant an investigative instrument, which was exciting to use. We stayed 4 days in Charleston and this tour was the highlight of our trip. If you want to feel like you are a part of an investigative team, this is a MUST DO on your list of things to do in Charleston.

A really fun and informative trip around town

Absolutely fantastic time. Nick knows his stuff; both the history and paranormal. He’s incredibly friendly and keeps the entire investigation entertaining, educational and interesting. We went to varied locations at a relaxed pace and were fully engaged the whole time. You won’t get any hoaxes, jumpscares, or any cheesy tourist traps. It’s the real deal and I’d recommended this to paranormal enthusiasts and non-believers alike. Even if you’re a non believer, you’ll still have a great time and learn a ton about each location and the history behind them. Nick won’t try to pressure or convert you. You’ll have a blast utilizing his investigation tools to record data (thermal imaging, spirit boxes, evp etc) and getting to review the footage whenever you want later on his extensive website. You will get to download all the data , video and evp collected by the group to keep for yourself. We will 100% be returning for another investigation with him the next time we are down here.
